I watched this one last month, but I’m just now getting around to reviewing it. With GIFs of course.
So here we go. The official Dev and Corn (omg I can never use that again. Don’t let me use that) review of Something About 1%:
How I felt about the general premise of a hot CEO being forced to date an innocent school teacher:
And when I quickly realized that this was going to be ALL romance and OTP moments, and NO filler or pretenses with subplots no one cares about:
But seriously like…every scene. They were ALL adorable like this:
And this:
And this:
And all this fluffy, sweet goodness had me so happy I was on a sugar rush:
Because episode after episode, I just felt happy. The whole time. Every bit was just too cute for words. And I like words. I use them a lot.
So, in conclusion…I have nothing bad to say about this drama.
If you want something light, and short, and purely romantic in all the most adorable ways possible, then you MUST add this drama to your watch list! It was what Noble, My Love should have been.
This will be on my re-watch list! Especially when I’m in the mood to lose myself in something fun! Go watch it!
LOVE these GIF reviews!

Thank you! <3
I love your gif reviews! I agree that this was the perfect sugar rush everyone wants for a nice break from reality.
Thank you, and YES, exactly! I watched it around Valentine’s Day, and it was perfection!
It really was such a fun and light drama! There weren’t any over the top drama tropes and the plot kept steadily chugging along. Thank the heavens! Jae In and Da Hyun are relationship goals. I still think of the moment where they’re on a date and he falls asleep while drinking coffee with Da Hyun. Da Hyun doesn’t miss a beat and she just lets he catch a few z’s by resting his head on her shoulder. So. Much. Perfection. It was the simply moments like that – that continuously slayed me. I feel like I need to re watch this again soon. ❤
Oh yes, yes, yes!! You are so right. Everything they did just screamed chemistry. Their relationship unfolded naturally as the plot progressed, and that’s why I really enjoyed it. I had forgotten about that scene. Sigh. I *just* watched it, but now I want to see it again. lol
Very cute review with all the GIFs. Very creative 🙂
Thank you, Kay!
I love your gifs review. Really on point
Thank you, chingu!
awww this drama is saved on my mobile phone… for some reason ha suk jin really has this some kind of engrossing appeal… and though he is not princey kind of handsome he just melted me with his lee jae in character in this drama… i saw the kang dong won version of this drama but i like this more because all the mushy and feel good romcom treats were nicely plated in this remake…
He does have a really interesting appeal, you’re right! It’s not like a “pretty boy” kind of appeal necessarily. But his mannerisms and expressions are perfect.
Darling review! Love your creativity.
I always love these gif reviews…
I’ve been watching “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo”, which is SOOOO GOOOOOOD! but also, at times, completely stressful and heart wrenching. I’ll have to keep “Something about 1%” in mind once I’m finished and ready for some happy-feels-healing. ^^
But… I do also still have “Goblin” on my list… Oh, that unending list! ^^
Oh girl, that one first. Goblin first.
Noted. ^^
Oh yes, this is a perfect drama to watch after Scarlet Heart! Oh man, that show frustrated me lol!
Hahahahh YES! That “spider!” scene killed me! Loved it!
It’s the sound he makes hahahahaha. I wish I could have added the sound to the GIFs
